New for 2025! RPS engineers worked countless hours to develop a solar powered air compressor kit that is now the most unique technology we've found anywhere on the internet to aerate your pond! Easily assembled and installed by one person in a single weekend. The AIR1200 solar powered air compressor pushes oxygen through a weighted hose down to a bubbling air stone, aerating multiple pond thermoclines with fresh O2. 

The AIR1200 is our LARGEST solar aerator kit with 4 available ⅝” air hose hookups, MEGA air diffusers and provides 8.8 CFM per day. It’s a good match for up to 4 acre lakes 10-40 feet deep. Smaller ponds are also a good fit for the AIR1200, especially if you stock fish and require extra O2.

Don't worry about noise, this is a SUPER quiet compressor as we've added dual air intake mufflers, no more than 60 decibels which is equivalent to a quiet office setting! All of our kits come with a custom weather-proof metal enclosure to house the controller and compressor so you don't have to worry about your system being exposed to the elements. The enclosures are vented to promote airflow and prevent overheating.

MEGA Diffuser Disc Features

• The air diffuser platform allows you to mount air diffuser(s) firmly at the bottom of the pond, or float closer to the surface to keep the air diffusers up and out of the mud.
  • The air diffuser platform is designed with a hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel. Add more sand/ gravel for a heavier, lower sitting disc. Less sand/ gravel for a bit of buoyancy and higher sitting disc
• Precision perforated I-shaped slits are opened when airflow is applied The slits are closed when airflow is stopped. Slits resist tearing, and stay clean longer from muck and mud.
• These diffusers offer the lowest back pressure in the market, less than 6” of backpressure
