The BIG AG PUMPS are for titans of Agriculture. Large irrigation systems with big water demands and pressure from high-volume Ag wells 6” and up. The same reliability and technology as our popular 5hp Pro Series is expanded up to 5 times with systems up to 25 Horsepower. 3-Phase 6” Motors and 6" Pump Ends allow for up to 350 GPM at pressure and up to 375’ of head at that flow rate. All BIG AG PUMPS come pre-wired with breakers, surge protection, disconnect switches. Solar Arrays are sized with enough wattage to power your pump’s motor for 6+ hours per day in USA’s best solar states. With more runtime during growing seasons in TX, AZ, NM and CA. 

 

Big Ag Solar Pump Kits Include:

• Master Enclosure -This large sturdy enclosure is the brains of the system. It arrives pre-programmed for the specific HP your pump and motor (whether existing or from us) and will adjust the speed of the pump’s motor based on available power from the sun. The enclosure is drip proof with a cooling fan and contains a number of electrical parts, breakers, fuses and terminal blocks.
• 304 Stainless Steel Submersible Pump (or customer surface pump)
• Combiner Box - The combiner box brings each string together in parallel to feed it into the main control panel. The combiner box also provides additional fused protection for each incoming string
• MonoCrystalline Solar Panels - Number of solar panels will depend on the HP of pump. 
• DC Disconnect Switch - One disconnect for each string provides isolation and safely de-energizes it for maintenance and troubleshooting

• Solar Extension Wire - 50 foot cables for each string allows for flexible enclosure mounting in proximity to the array
